what to expect & precautions

The safety, health and comfort of all participating in the NAIOP Utah Golf Tournament is top priority! Know what to expect by familiarizing yourself with the following.

COVID PRECAUTIONS 

• Stay home if ill or exposed to someone with COVID in last 14 days, tested positive for COVID, or awaiting COVID test results.
• Masks required around carts, clubhouse, putting course, pro shop and open patio. 
• Practice 6 ft. social distancing whenever possible.
• Do not take giveaways unless items are safely spaced or handed to you by a designated, gloved individual. 

ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN

• Drop bag by bag-drop at end of parking lot. Park car and return to check-in. 
• Putting course open. Driving range closed. 

BREAKFAST & LUNCH

• Breakfast will be staff issued  grab-and-go on open patio. 
• Boxed lunches will be brought out to enjoy on the course while finishing out last four holes. 

DURING PLAY

• Foursome captain will receive instruction directly from Willow Creek to download and use virtual scorecard for entire foursome.
• Do not touch/remove flagsticks. Willow Creek uses PinCaddy, a mechanism you pull-up with putter to remove ball. 
• Bunker rakes are optional and sanitized once a day.
• Restrooms are sanitized every hour. 
• Hole and beverage hosts will wear masks when interacting with players, have disinfectant and sanitize regularly. Giveaways will be safely spaced apart for players to grab or handed out by designated, gloved individual. 
• Foursome photos will be taken at #8. Remember to social distance.

POST-TOURNAMENT

• Take clubs to car and return to open patio for quick program: trophy presentation, and announcement of course contest, grand prize, and raffle winners (must be present to win). Masks required.
•  Email will be sent to all players to shop the virtual T-Prize Store featuring TravisMathew and Jofit. Store will be open for 48 hours. Items ordered will be individually packaged and delivered to foursome captains to deliver to their golfers. Deliveries to team captains will take 7-10 business days.
